The Excel Pro Motorised model is a detachable welcab seat installed in the middle row of MPVs, replacing the original car seat. This seat can rotate out of the vehicle and lower in height.
Compared to the Excel welcab seat, Excel Pro seat can separate from the mechanism after lowering. Users don’t need to transfer to another wheelchair or device via a docking system. Once the seat is separated from the mechanism, it can be used directly as a wheelchair, reducing the need for additional transfers and saving time. This feature makes travel more accessible for elderly individuals and those with mobility issues.
Features:
1.Programmable mode: The seat rotates and moves forward and backward; the backrest angle and lifting height can be programmed through the handheld switch to achieve automatic adjustment and operation; the backrest adjustment and other operations can be synchronized.
2.Automatic reset function: The system memorizes the optimal comfortable position (front and back position and backrest angle) you have adjusted in the car. When the seat is restored to the car after completing other actions, it will automatically return to the optimal comfortable position you have adjusted without repeated adjustment.
3.Programs can be backed up and copied in batches: Users can back up or copy the programmed routes to the handheld switch, and can copy the route program backed up on the handheld switch to other seats or overwrite the existing route program of the current seat.
4.Obstacle protection function: The seat automatically learns and sets the current protection of each motor by measuring the load size, automatically stops when encountering an obstacle and displays various information on the display screen.
5.Other electrical protection functions: such as high and low voltage operation, motor short circuit protection, ground short circuit protection, power reverse connection protection, locking the seat and alarming when the voltage is lower than 9V, etc.
6.Electronic manual control function: To prevent encoder damage or other unknown damage, the seat has an electronic manual control mode. The user can skip all control logic and encoders to directly control each motor of the seat, ensuring that the user can manually control the motor to retract the seat in an emergency.
7.Door interlock function: When the door is not open, the seat can only be moved forward and backward and the backrest can be adjusted, but cannot be turned out, and the door icon can be displayed.
8.Automatic sleep mode: Automatically enters sleep mode 10 seconds after the door is closed to achieve low static power consumption; can be awakened by opening the door or holding the switch; static current is less than 1mA.
9. On-site saving function: if the power is cut off during the transfer, the route position can be restored after the power is restored and the transfer can be normal.
10. Manual function: In case of electrical damage, it can be manually retracted mechanically.
11. Mobile phone control function: The seat can be connected to the mobile phone via Bluetooth to realize the mobile phone control of seat rotation and lifting functions.
12. Anti-vibration measures: The mechanism is equipped with rubber anti-collision measures, which can effectively eliminate the contact noise of metal parts.
13.Locking measures: The upper layer of the mechanism adopts the locking method of T-type screw rod, which effectively eliminates the looseness of the seat moving parts caused by the bumps during the operation of the vehicle, thereby avoiding the occurrence of vibration.
